How to Participate

We hope you will plan to join us to support the mission of Centre Care to enrich the lives of our residents by providing compassionate health and living services. Your support through this Golf Outing and Reception is greatly appreciated. Centre Care is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Your sponsorships are tax deductible.

The Format: Four-person scramble or better ball; best 2 of 4. Prizes will be awarded to top teams.

Event Highlights: Full-service beverage carts will be making the rounds throughout the day for golfers to purchase beverages.  (Outside beverages are not allowed at Nittany Country Club.)

Golfers: Sign up as a pre-formed foursome, or as an individual golfer. Individual golfers will be paired into teams of 4. The fee is $125 per golfer; $500 for a foursome. Payment is required prior to the event.

Reception Guest: If you do not wish to golf, you can still support this event and attend our reception for $75. Join your golfer at our reception and enjoy lunch. Golfers: invite your spouses and friends to attend our reception!

Sponsorship Opportunities

We have a variety of sponsorship opportunities for the Annual Golf Outing and Reception. Many sponsorships come with teams and reception guests, and those do not need to be signed up separately. We greatly appreciate your consideration of our sponsorship opportunities.

$8,000 Tournament Sponsor: Your name will be announced and displayed prominently during the event. This level includes 2 foursomes, meals for those players, and 6 reception guests.

$4,000 Reception Sponsor: Your name will be announced and displayed prominently during the reception. This level includes a foursome, meals for those players, and 3 reception guests.

$2,500 Beverage Cart Sponsor: Your name will be displayed prominently on the beverage cart(s) making rounds during the tournament. This level includes a foursome, meals for those players, and 2 reception guests.

$250 Tee Sponsorship: Signage at a tee. Sign up early if you want a specific tee number, otherwise tees will be assigned at random. You may sponsor multiple times. Limited quantity. Sponsors over the number of holes will also be recognized during the event. You can utilize our convenient payment link for your Tee Sponsorship.
