Medical
We provide PPO plans offered through Geisinger with varying deductibles for inpatient & outpatient services, primary care, specialist services and prescription copays.
Dental
Dental plan offered that includes diagnostic and preventive care, basic and major restorative services.
Vision
Coverage is available for vision exam, frame(s), lenses and contacts.
Life Insurance
This coverage provides eligible employees with life insurance up to $20,000 at no cost through Mutual of Omaha.
Tuition Reimbursement/Scholarships
Centre Care provides scholarship opportunities for CNA to LPN and for LPN to RN. We also offer tuition reimbursement.
403(b) Retirement Program
Centre Care provides a match of $.25 on every $1.00 up to 5% for those that contribute to their 403 (b) through The Standard.
Paid Time Off
Includes vacation, personal time and holidays.
Employee Assistance Program
This program provides up to three (3) no cost professional counseling services for personal and family concerns. Short Term Disability is covered by Centre Care.
Voluntary Benefits
Supplemental Life/AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability with Mutual of Omaha. All voluntary benefits are offered through Mutual of Omaha, including but not limited to Voluntary Long Term Disability, Voluntary Critical Illness, Voluntary Accident Coverage and Voluntary Life Insurance.
